Tonia Boterf Coach Tonia has lived through many severe life challenges, including caring for elderly relatives and has worked in coaching people through many different life challenges to reach their goals for over 25+ years. She brings her personal and professional experiences to you in a common sense, non-judgemental and very results oriented style.
Tonia is able to provide you with indepth insights to family dynamics, tips on dealing with challenging behaviors, information on how to maintain your parents independent living skills as long as possible, how to navigate the 'system' of services and where to find what you really need and what to watch out for and much more.
