Optimum Health Through Holistic, Natural and Alternative Medicine
We all know what to expect when we go to our traditional western doctor that our health insurance covers but there is a whole other world of medical techniques that have been used for over 7000 years (I’d think they got something right after that amount of time – don’t you?) and in fact, is what most of the world actually uses today. Europe is a big supporter of natural medicine and it uses western medicine when that type of medicine is deemed more appropriate. Unfortunately, Americans know very little of what Natural, Holistic or Alternative Medicine consists of and more often than not, have been led to believe it is something akin to voodoo or is at best, as a placebo. Those who use other types of medicine beyond or in conjunction with western medicine often end up becoming ‘converts’ and see the benefits.
